Recent Projects Executed

Below are some of the notable projects we performed. These projects are part of a larger project which where executed by our major clients. We only capture our scope in these projects which essentially cover fabrication, NDT, project management, and marketing services.

Location: Aniocha-South Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria.

Community Solar Street Light Project (Phase 1)

Technical Activities Performed:

• Procurement of galvanized steel poles
• Design and fabrication of 14  solar street light poles 
• Fabrication and installation of the hold-down bolts
• Civil construction of the hold-down concrete base for the solar street light poles
• Installation of the solar light on the poles
• Erection of the installed solar street light poles on their hold-down bases

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Procurement & Supply of Bend Pipes

With Charpy & UT Testing

Commercial Activities Performed

• Pipes traceability was confirmed and Bureau Veritas attested to that.
• Ultrasonic (UT) and Charpy
  Testing was performed as specified by the client
• All specified tests on the pipe materials were attested to by Bureau Veritas
• This project entailed sourcing, procurement, fabrication, documentation, shipping, and project management.

This project met both budget and schedule targets as confirmed by our satisfied client

Procurement & Supply of Plates and bulb flats

Commercial Activities Performed

• The plates used were all traceable
• Ultrasonic Test (UT) was performed on the plates
• Client specifications were all adhered to.
• The project entailed sourcing, shipping, documentation, and project management

This job met the budget, specifications, and delivery schedule target accordingly. the client was delighted!

Gantry Climbing Ladder Fabrication

Commercial Activities Performed

• Design reading and shop drawing generation for clients’ approval
• Bill of quantity (BOQ) generation
• Steel Sourcing and Procurement
• Job Hazard Analysis procedures and processes were performed
• Pre-mobilization audit of transportation vendor’s vehicles
• Inward transportation of steel materials
• Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanization
• All safety requirements for the safe completion of this project were strictly adhered to.
• Project management
• The job was safely delivered on schedule and within budget

The customer opted to provide outbound transportation for the finished structures because the ladder project is part of a larger project.

Corrosion Control Project.

Commercial Activities Performed

• Surface preparation was performed on both the inner and outer wall surfaces
• The fiber-glass coating was applied on all the surface walls
• Job Hazard Analysis procedures and processes were performed at the start of this project
• All safety requirements for the safe completion of this project were strictly adhered to.
• Project management

Branding Project

Commercial Activities Performed:

• Brand Manual reading and design concept interpretation for client’s approval
• Bill of quantity (BOQ) generation
• Acrylic, LED Light, and Steel Sourcing and Procurement
• Job Hazard Analysis procedures and processes were performed
• A project organogram was generated and all vendors prequalified for their respective scope.
• Inward transportation of Acrylic, aluminum, and steel materials
• Shop Fabrication of all acrylic letters, Steel frame for the street pylon, Casting of the concrete foundation for the street pylon at the site, creative Design and printing of all branding materials, and site installation of all outdoor signage and internal branding of the hotel facility
